The skirt itself is vintage, but I didn't like the original configuration, so I reworked the piece into something beautiful and timeless. It preserves the pencil skirt's original beauty and lacework while adding style by revamping the waistband and shortening only the inner slip. The slip's double hem is securely sewn and even. The skirt also features a discreet side zipper with button closure.
