Shipping policy

Orders are processed and shipped within one day, with standard delivery estimated at 2-5 business days after processing.

Some orders, such as custom orders or live plants, may have longer lead times. We attempt to keep our listings accurate with exceptions to standard lead times, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings fulfilled by third-party providers.

We use third-party shipping (USPS, UPS, DHL) so we cannot guarantee delivery times will be accurate as quoted. Refund requests will only be honored after delivery has been confirmed. Please contact the shipping carrier if you believe your order has been lost.
