A natural boar bristle body brush that fits perfectly into your hand to give you that spa advantage to dry brushing before you shower (see directions below). Massage nodules give extra support in stimulating the lymphatic system and feel good! The back strap is perfect for added stability and hanging up in between uses.

Pair your exfoliation tool with one of our all-natural body scrubs for added skin benefits.

For dry brushing: To stimulate the lymphatic system, diminish the appearance of cellulite, and remove waste, do it before your shower or bath. Begin at your feet, brushing upwards with long strokes toward your heart, covering the backs and insides of your legs. Next, start at your wrists and brush upward, focusing on problem areas. Then, brush your stomach and back, always moving toward the heart. For optimal results, do this daily. Follow with one of our all-natural body scrubs for extra exfoliation and then moisturize,

How does dry brushing work? Dry brushing is similar to massage. “The light pressure against your skin and the direction in which you brush helps move lymph fluid into the lymph nodes so this waste can then be eliminated,” says Robin Jones, spa director at Lake Austin Spa Resort in Austin, TX. Your body naturally does this, but dry brushing speeds up the process and at the same time boosts circulation, delivering oxygenated blood to the skin and other organs, which helps them do their jobs better."

Dr. Francesca Fusco, a dermatologist in New York City also says, "The exfoliation part is easy to understand. Gentle dry brushing will slough off dead, dry skin, improving its appearance and allowing it to hydrate more efficiently when moisturizer is applied afterward."
