ReVuitton Is No Longer in the Marketplace
As of February 1, 2026, Wearing Conscious will no longer be selling custom-made ReVuitton products through our marketplace.
We love the product and the company, and we stand by their authenticity and quality, as always. Please note that all orders currently in process will be delivered as scheduled.
Most customers who purchased a ReVuitton item are enjoying their orders and have experienced few or no hassles with the ordering process. While we regret that we can no longer offer this brand through our marketplace, we honor the value and enjoyment customers received from their items.
Details of Our Decision
Items Not Made and Shipped from the USA
The primary goal of our site is to support US brands, designers, and handcrafters. ReVuitton items are listed as handcrafted. Handcrafters in our marketplace must be US-based, and all crafting and shipping must be from the USA. However, we have recently learned that ReVuitton crafts and ships items from Vietnam, despite having a US address listed for the supplier.
Consistent Delays
Due to international shipping, items from ReVuitton have consistently caused stress for customers due to frequent delays. Typically, our handcrafters require 7-10 days to process and create an item, and at most one week for shipping. However, many ReVuitton orders would show no shipping progress for 14 or, in extreme cases, up to 21+ days. This does not meet our standards for customer service.
Improper Fitting for US Passports
We received several returns during the Holiday returns process for the upcycled passport holders that did not fit US passports. This led to our removal of the items from the shop and an investigation into how they were made. Our direct contacts were all in Vietnam. The contacts did provide proof of authenticity.
Tariff Questions Remain
Neither customers nor Wearing Conscious have been directly charged a tariff for international goods. As of February 2026, a 20% tariff applies to goods from Vietnam, so the added costs are most likely built into the price. This is again contrary to our customer promise of tariff-free shopping.
