After our big February malicious bot shakeup, the Wearing Conscious marketplace underwent big changes. Here's what you need to know.
Policy Reminder: Sale Items Are Non-Returnable
During the Holiday season, Wearing Conscious offered free returns on all items through January 31 for purchases made 11/21/25 to 12/31/25. As of February 1, we have reverted to the original Refund policy. You can read more on this policy on the Refund Policy page.
The Refund policy for Sale items is long-standing and applies to all items listed with a Sale price. (See the On Sale Now collection for a full list of sale-priced items.) Some items listed may be eligible for an exchange or refund for store credit, minus postage.
Customer accounts will show a "Request Return" button if your item is eligible. Feel free to email us with any questions about your order or for clarification before ordering.Â
Due to losses incurred from malicious bot attacks, we will strictly adhere to our standard refund policy except in extenuating circumstances. This is to protect the marketplace from further fraud abuse.Â
Policy Update: All High-Risk Orders Will Be Canceled
Our new fraud prevention system, aimed at reducing orders from malicious bots, will now automatically cancel High-Risk orders.Â
If your order comes through as Mid-Level risk, we will reach out to you within 24 hours to confirm your information. If we do not receive a response, the order will be automatically canceled.
To ensure your order processes as intended, please check your Shipping and Billing information, as well as your confirmation email address or phone number. If you believe your order has been canceled in error, please reach out to Customer Service, and we will work with you to find a solution.
Departed: Renoo Meditation
A customer favorite, Renoo meditation cushion sets fit wonderfully with our shop values. Unfortunately, they no longer offer wholesale, so we are unable to sell Renoo through our shop.
Delayed: Nature Skin Shop
Wearing Conscious is temporarily unable to restock Nature Skin Shop through our wholesale channels. We will send an update to all customers who have requested Back In Stock notifications on Nature Skin Shop products as soon as they are available. We anticipate Mid-March, although we cannot 100% guarantee the availabilty timeline yet.
