What to Do If You Have a Subscription
If you have a Yak Chew subscription and receive notice that the product is out of stock, you have several options:
- Choose another product from the Dog Treats list to replace this month's subscription. Your cost for the replacement item will be the new item's cost minus your usual subscriber discount. Note: You can do this any time, not just when products are out of stock!
- Delay your subscription for at least one week while supplies replenish. We recommend two weeks to be absolutely sure.
- Skip this month's delivery.
Just log in to your customer account and select your preference under the Subscriptions tab.
If you opt not to make any changes, your usual subscription will go through as soon as supply is available again.
