The Peach Starrkist, a captivating pepper variety developed by Khang Starr, is a vibrant peach-to-orange fruit that showcases a unique blend of genetics from the MOA Scotch Bonnet and Bahamian Goat. As a cousin of the Lemon StarrBurst and Scarlet Rose, this variant is less flat than its relatives but retains some pod tails typical of its lineage.

With thick walls and a sweet, fruity flavor accented by a hint of bitterness, the Peach Starrkist delivers mid- to upper-level habanero heat.
