Released in 2016 by Snap Inc., the first-generation Snapchat Spectacles are wireless camera sunglasses designed to capture short circular video clips and sync them directly to the Snapchat app.

The SPECTACLES Specs

• Video Capture: Pressing the button on the corner of the frame records a 10-second circular video clip; pressing again extends the clip.
• Indicator Light: A rotating ring of LEDs lights up to signal to others when recording is in progress. WAY LESS CREEPY!
• Connectivity: Pairs with supported smartphones via Bluetooth and transfers HD media over Wi-Fi.
• Charging Case: The included hard case functions as a portable charger, capable of providing multiple full recharges on the go.

These are Pre-Owned and unused, in great condition. We tested the charging capabilities, and the unit charged in the case and directly with the charger, and will arrive pre-charged. Please note, first-generation batteries can degrade over extended disuse, though many units still power on when connected directly to a cable.
